Designburo.nl is planning on releasing a Signature Courseware for XOOPS. XOOPS is a fast growing CMS (Content Management System) allowing you to build a full blown website with usermanagement en permissions built in.

No matter what you goal is for your website, from youtube similar website to an online newspaper or to built a complete Intranet tool for your company, XOOPS is a great building tool for all.

XOOPS also falls in the category Open Source Software, wich basically means that it is free for download and use.

The XOOPS signature courseware will cover a full course on installing XOOPS as well as setting it up (e.g. usermanagement and permissions, downloading and installing the correct modules, downloading and installing themes and adjusting themes to meet your demands.

The XOOPS Signature Course will also follow the correct guidelines in building a website, covering Design and Layout. We will also shortly cover tools that can be helpfull with designing, like Adobe Photoshop.

As the courseware is set for beginners/intermediate users we will go in-depth with XOOPS, but we wil do no programming or rewriting in this course.

The XOOPS Signature Courseware is now in preperation and will most likely be available in July 2009.
